In order to establish a strong line of communication with our clients, we feel the need for both parties to do their own ‘Due Diligence’ before proceeding in the relationship.
We accomplish this by taking the time to perform a thorough outline of the position-(s) being recruited. Establish an agreed
upon level of proficiency for all candidates prior to them being submitted to the client. Outline the interview process and determine our client’s expectations for our level of involvement and also establish acceptable timeframes for feedback from submittals, interviews and offer decisions. | |
